The app says it needs a connection.

Stories are downloaded the first time you open them. Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again; once downloaded, a story works offline.

How do credits work?

Every story starts free. Credits unlock the remaining episodes of the story you choose, permanently.

I changed phones. How do I get my stories back?

Sign in to the new iPhone with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud on for MicroDrama. Your progress, credits and unlocked stories come back automatically. Stories bought in version 1.0 are restored with Settings → Restore Purchases.

Can I read stories in my language?

Stories download in your iPhone's language when available. Change it in Settings → Language.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
