Terms of Use

These terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). Replace bracketed fields and have them reviewed.

1. The service

MicroDrama offers interactive fictional stories, downloaded from our servers when you start them. The first episodes of each story are free; the rest can be unlocked with credits, or with an active MicroDrama Pass when offered.

2. Credits

• Credits are bought through Apple In-App Purchase, have no cash value, are not transferable and can only be used to unlock stories in MicroDrama.
• Your credits and unlocked stories are tied to your Apple Account and iCloud. Unlocking a story is permanent, even if the story is later retired from the catalog (if a story must be removed for legal or safety reasons, contact support and we will restore the credits you spent).
• Refunds are handled by Apple. If Apple refunds a credit purchase, those credits are removed and your balance may become negative until your next purchase.

3. MicroDrama Pass (if offered)

An auto-renewable subscription that unlocks every story while active. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

4. Content

Stories are fiction and may include mature themes described by the content notes on each story. Some stories are created with the assistance of AI and reviewed by automated and editorial checks. We may update, retire or remove stories. Report anything inappropriate to support@iwazowski.com.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse engineer the app, extract, resell or redistribute the stories, abuse the content servers or bypass purchases.

6. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain; consumers may also rely on the mandatory law and courts of their country of residence.
